Learning in class

Today we played a game called flower power, which is a maths game where you do decimals and fractions to earn money. We played flower power because we needed to learn decimals and fractions. I learned how to order decimals and fractions.

My self Describtion

My Self Description

My name is Zahra and I am 9 years old. I was born on April 10 2005. My favorite colour is purple and blue and my favorite place to eat is Nandos because my sisters work there. In my family there’s mum, dad, brother Abdul and my Sisters Arifa, Naziyeh, Nadia and Sakina. I really like my brother because he takes me shopping when ever he comes home. Some of my sister are mean and nice and my dad and mum are really nice to me. My likes are Movie star planet, ice cream,frozen coke, slushie, my niece, Chocolate, eid, winter, candy, Nandos, sleeping and babies. My dislikes are mosquito bites, school-sometimes, sunny days, insects, people crossing in my personal space, worms and bugs. I describe myself as funny, short, cheeky, annoying, confident and pretty. My favorite songs are blank space, love me like you do, lights and chandelier. My favorite tv shows are shake it up, ellen, shortland street, home and away and neighbours.      

My Star

This is my star. What I did was I had to write my name and glue my picture to my star. When I done that I had to fold my triangles. After wards I had to Glue all the side with pva glue and I had my star. I done this so I described my self and also this was our task. I learned how to make the corners of the star and I had fun making this star.

Confident's Poster

I had to make a poster that described confidence. We did this because we wanted to do this for the small kids so they can learn what confidence means. I learned fluent means and I had fun making this poster.

Maths activity

Today we played a game called Karuta. We played math Karuta. I had to lay 10 or cards out on the ground and we sat on the ground to play. We had to swipe the card towards you when the judge said a number and we had to make ten with that number. We played this game because this game helped us with our basic maths addition learning. I learned my families to ten and I had fun playing. Families to ten are:
1+9=10
2+8=10
3+7=10
4+6=10
5+5=10
6+4=10
7+3=10
8+2=10
9+1=10
10+0=10

confidence poster

This is oury poster of a word called confidence. We did this poster because Mr Wong our teacher told us to do this because the seniors and juniours of panmure bridge school need to learn how to be confidenet because when the juniors get scared while they are up stage so they need to learn how to be confident to have a good performence.
