Tech - Meat Pies

At tech, we have completed making our meat pies. It was a long process of steps but we finally made our pies. It had a crunch crust which was drizzled with egg, and the filling was delicious. Nazella and I really liked our meat pies and hope to make more at home.

Food Tech - Rotation 1

This is our first rotation for tech. I am in the cooking class with the year 8's. We were making baked toast with spaghetti on top. I was working with Oh Hsen, Sakae, Nazella and I. Our teacher is Mrs. Heka for this rotation. Next week we are looking forward to make fish kebabs.
