Jean Batten Time line

 

 This week for Inquiry, I have been focusing on Jean Batten. My task today was to make a time line based on Jean Battens life. For this task I choose to use popplet to make a timeline. If you are interested in using this site click here. 

Godwit/Kuaka Popplet

This term our inquiry focus was on the Bar tailed Godwit. In Maori it is known as the Kuaka. All the Yr 7's have created a popplet together that had information about the appearance, habitat, migration diet and the preys of the Godwit. We added pictures and videos to give a clear picture of the Godwits. Something I learned was that Godwits never never stop during their migration. We are looking forward to learn more about the Godwit.
